Super Simple Scrambled Eggs & Smoked Salmon

2 scallions/green onions sliced
¼ cup chopped smoked salmon
1 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp bacon renderings or other oil
hot pepper sauce (optional)
½ red pepper diced
Heat oil over medium heat. Add peppers and scallions and sauté for about 1 minute.
Add scrambled eggs, chopped salmon, and cream cheese.
Cook until cream cheese is incorporated and eggs are done.
